Re: Enemy In Shadows Companion Available
As far as I can tell, none of the official WFRP or WFB publications (not counting Boxtree or Black Library) have ever listed a date of death for Karl-Franz's father. In fact, almost all the timelines skip directly from the accession of Wilhelm III to the accession of Karl-Franz. But C7 have explicit...

Error and typo submission form is here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdF0Ycg4RXnkO8hVuhcMvMtgqGVU6KdC3QP6_0HQ-1acWBFqw/viewform?vc=0&c=0&w=1 I'm just skimming through, but I already noticed that the list of electors (page 15-16) says the High Priest of Nuln is based in Talabheim ...

Re: Roughs Nights and Hard Days Impressions/Review
They are definitely different adventures that share the same name and happen to be set in Nuln (hence Emmanuelle von Liebewitz appearing in both). Maybe Graeme Davis was inspired by the earlier adventure for RNaHD, but he was adamant that 'A Night at the Opera' was a new adventure. Sounds like it's ...

Re: The Enemy Within Remixed, Season 2: Death on the Reik (campaign report)
I've spent the last few weeks reading your blog after meaning to get round to it for a while, and finally got caught up yesterday. Really enjoying the session reports, and I like your version of the Warhammer world a lot. Sounds like you're all having a lot of fun with the campaign!

Re: Playing WFRP3 without components
Hi, Unfortunately FFG never released tables for the later books. IMO they should have released the Guides as the last products once they knew they were done with the line, so they could be complete (or at least done a "part 2" for each). But I totally understand why they rushed them out ea...

Re: Enemy in Shadows: Thoughts and reactions
Problem with dates is that you’re supposed to be able to slot other adventures as you like. There’s not much point having a start date as it’ll be different for every campaign. If you're slotting in other adventures (even if that's recommended in the books), you're already not running the campaign ...

Re: Enemy in Shadows: Thoughts and reactions
Ok, that form isn't perfect for omissions (as opposed to typos or errors), but I have submitted a suggestion for a start date to be provided in the "Starting the Adventure" paragraph on page 11. That seemed like the most sensible place for it.

As usual I have probably overthought things, which is why it's good to get other people opinions.

Re: Enemy in Shadows: Thoughts and reactions
Glad to see I'm not the only one bothered by the lack of start date, even if it is a minor detail. If I'm feeling generous I assume it's to allow groups to slot the start of EiS onto their existing campaign without being beholden to a certain date. But then it's clear from other parts that certain e...

Re: Does anyone know anything about Bögensee?
Fair enough. I guess to me a temple is somewhere people go to worship (rather than just pray or make offerings), which in my mind involves a priest. On reflection I suppose that's not necessarily the case. But I do wonder what activities actually happen at the Bögenhafen temple and what they involve...

Re: Does anyone know anything about Bögensee?
It seems crazy to me that there would be a temple with no permanent priest assigned to it, but maybe that's an odd quirk of the Cult of Bögenauer.

Yes, for Chaos Warriors at least. The most famous example being Krell, some-time ally of Heinrich Kemmler:Toby Pilling wrote: ↑Wed Oct 23, 2019 7:31 am Can true creatures of chaos be re-animated, such as chaos warriors or beastmen?

Not sure about beastmen.

Re: Mainstream Media Inspirations
- Blackadder II - Blackadder the Third I don't think I can add anything that hasn't already been mentioned. But since I have a soft spot for The Blackadder (season 1) I feel honour-bound to point out that it has the most WFRP-esque episode of the whole series: "The Witchsmeller Pursuivant"...

Re: Elven Religion
I don't think there has ever been a full description of Elven religion given in an official source. The Tome of Salvation has a couple of pages, including a list of the gods worshipped by both High Elves and Wood Elves. Otherwise, it's just scattered references here and there. The various WFB High E...
