Is this a fast action? Drawing a weapon is, but I can't seem to find this in the book.
Here's how I do it.
To draw a new weapon *and drop your previous weapon on the ground* is a free action.
But, QED, that means your previous weapon is... ...on the ground. To pick up and ready a weapon from the ground is a regular action. To sheathe/stow your old weapon before drawing the new one is also a regular action.
